About me
Pippa is the Director of Behaviour and Attendance at the Co-op Academies Trust - which has 38 academies across the north of England including special schools, primary, secondary and a 6th form college. Pippa has been a senior leader in schools in London and West Yorkshire for over 12 years and is currently using her experience and knowledge to support schools across the Trust to develop their systems and practice across all areas of behaviour, culture and attendance.
Since 2023, Pippa has been running a project, funded by Mission 44, aimed at increasing inclusion and reducing exclusion of Roma children and families across Leeds and Bradford. Most recently, Pippa has also been developing the Internal Alternative Provision across the Trust and is working with Impetus on a model of best practice to support the most underserved pupils.
