About me
Jim started his journey in further education supporting young people who required extra support to access college. Jim joined Wellspring during the Trust’s infancy and spent several years developing and leading the Outdoor Education offer across an Alternative Provision and special SEMH school. Shortly after, he became a Care Team Leader at the largest SEMH School in Leeds. Jim’s role within Positive Regard allows him to share his expertise in behaviour culture and mental health across all sectors of education. Jim delivers direct classroom and leadership support, training and consultancy within the Trust and across the country empowering and developing staff to offer children the support and education they deserve.
