About me
Teaching in London schools since 2002 Elen started her career as an English teacher quickly progressing to middle and then senior leadership she became a Headteacher in 2016. Elen has secured excellent progress in a number of secondary schools. She has worked strategically to close the gap for global majority groups and ensure that the school experience is positive and empowering. Elen has worked with Hemisphere over the last 18 months to support staff training across the school and has overseen a project which has worked hard to expose and embrace the difficult conversations around race, racial literacy and inequalities in schools. She is part of the problem as we all are. But she is also working hard every day to be an active part of the solution!
