About me
As Head of Change for Education at the Youth Endowment Fund, Dennis advocates for the implementation of evidence-informed practice and system change that will prevent children’s involvement in violence. Dennis is a former school and Alternative Provision leader who wrote the Alternative Provision Quality Toolkit – a comprehensive guide to understanding and evaluating AP quality. He co-chairs Heads Forward (Teach First’s Ambassador headteachers network) which supports school and system leaders to work collaboratively, share best practice and improve the sector. As a consultant and coach, Dennis works with a wide range of schools, Multi-Academy Trusts, and charities and has extensive experience in supporting leaders to maximise their impact.
