The session is aimed at school leaders and systems leaders. It explains how values driven 'active agency' can develop interconnected systems for pastoral care within schools, across schools and form the foundation for local area cross-sector partnerships. Reflecting on Broffenbreener's ecological systems Tom will share how practice within Carr Manor Community School, across a local area partnership of schools, and in the Leeds Learning Alliance interconnect to create a culture of belonging for all those involved.
