This panel discussion brings together education leaders and changemakers, including Kiran Gill (CEO & Founder of The Difference), Patrick Cozier (Headteacher, Highgate Wood), Tom Rees (CEO, Ormiston Academy Trust), and Jonny Uttley (CEO, TEAL Trust). Together, they will explore how policy frameworks impact school behaviour, from accountability measures to funding structures, and discuss practical ways to remove perverse incentives.
